OVERVIEW:
Our Kenyan single origin is really something else: opening the bag and taking a deep breath of the fragrance of these beans is like opening a jar of jam. Fruity, bold, intense flavours of Blackcurrant, Bergamot, Elderflower and Black Tea. Our preference is to brew it as a filter coffee, but there is no harm trying it as espresso with the recipe below.
